  • Moldability – POP can be easily molded and shaped conical, rectangular, circular or in any desired shape.

  • Repair – POP can be easily fixed and repaired. It can be cut and then rebuilt easily if required.
  • Water Resistance – POP are not fully water proofed but can resist dampness caused from humidity and moisture.

Gypsum Features-

  • Pricing – Comes with different quality but generally are slightly expensive than POP.
  • Moldability – Gypsum is made of board and so it is difficult to mold and give a shape.
  • Finishing – As the Gypsum is not moldable so the curves and joints are hidden with POP.
  • Repair – For repairing a Gypsum board, a whole new board is replaced.
  • Water Resistance-  In a humidity area or due to any leakage in the ceiling can lead to catching Fungus on board.
